Udom Emmanuel Calls on Churches to help promote Food Security

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, has tasked churches in the state to help promote food security by encouraging their members to embrace agriculture.
Mr Emmanuel stated this during the August Edition of Government House Prayer Meeting held at Later House Chapel, Government House Uyo.
According to Governor Emmanuel if churches today cannot build schools and hospitals for their communities as obtained in the past, they could open up farms in their localities so as to enhance food sufficiency.
