It promises to be seven hours of non-stop praise and thanksgiving today as youths from across the state gather at the Uyo Township stadium for a mega praise session.
Tagged ‘Seven Hours of Praise’, the spiritual convocation is packaged by the state Police Command as part of its efforts to combat criminality in Akwa Ibom.
State Police Public Relations Officer, Odiko Ogbeche who confirmed this in a chat with Comfort 95.1 FM, said the stage is now set, as the event is scheduled to begin by 11 this morning.
The State Police spokesman explained that the Command decided to use the Easter season to seek God’s intervention in the security challenges facing the state and the nation.
The one-of-a-kind event will feature anointed clergy men like Reverend Uma Ukpai, Pastor Dare Abeboye, Apostle Nyeneime Andy, and others, who would make prophetic declarations into the affairs of the state.
Music ministers like Nathaniel Bassey, Buchi, Freke Umoh, God Fada, Esther Edoho, Paul Loadz and Joe Praise, would set the stage on fire for God’s divine intervention through songs.
The State Police Command invites all Akwa Ibom people, especially youths to join in the Seven Hours of Praise.
