Kano State House of Assembly breaks emirates into five

Kano Emirates have been broken into five; namely Kano, Bichi, Gaya, Rank, and Karate.
This came after the Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, re-submitted the Kano Emirates Council Bill and it was passed into law by the State House of Assembly today.
Ganduje sent a fresh bill to the House after a High Court nullified the Emirates Councils and Emirs earlier established in May 2019.
The bill would now be forwarded to the Governor for assent
