2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination Mock Examination is underway in Akwa Ibom state and other parts of the country.

The examination, conducted by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, commenced today as scheduled, with two hundred and forty-five thousand, seven hundred and fifty-three candidates expected to write the test.

Registrar of the Board, Ishaq Oloyede, who confirmed this, warned the candidates not to go to their Computer Based Test centres with banned items like wristwatches, pens, calculators, mobile phones, spy reading glasses, hard disks and other storage devices and others.

The mock examination, which is optional, is just an arrangement to test candidates’ readiness for the main UTME and point out gray-areas of the examination to JAMB.
