Governor Udom Emmanuel Swears-in New EXCO Members

Governor Udom Emmanuel has challenged government appointees to bring creativity into the discharge of their duties wherever they find themselves as no ministry is more lucrative than another.    

Mr. Emmanuel stated this today while swearing nineteen commissioners and four permanent secretaries at Banquet Hall, Government House, Uyo.

He said the new appointees had been chosen based on their track record and commitment to service and charged them to put in their best to help develop the state.

Mr Emmanuel congratulated those sworn into office and charged Akwa Ibom people to develop themselves so as to merit appointments into lucrative positions in the country.
