FRSC deploys thirty five thousand personnel for Yuletide nationwide.

To ensure safer roads during the festive periods and beyond, the Federal Road Safety Corps has deployed thirty five thousand, four hundred and fifty personnel, including Special marshals across the country for the 2019 Ember Months Campaigns.

The Corps Public Education Officer, Bisi Kazeem, who stated this in a statement today, said eight hundred and six patrol vehicles, one hundred and twenty Ambulances, two hundred and four motor bikes, and twenty seven tow trucks have been deployed along designated routes during the period.

Kazeem noted that the patrol teams would mount twenty four hours enforcement along major highways, robust public enlightenment campaigns across the nation for traffic control, operation of mobile courts, prompt rescue and recovery services till January 19, 2020.

He cautioned motorists to refrain from traffic offences like excess speeding, dangerous driving, lane indiscipline, road obstruction, use of phone while driving and overloading.
