Written by on September 9, 2019

Founder and senior pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo and Busola Dakolo have been given the next fourteen days to appear in court over rape allegation.

The Federal High Court, sitting in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja issued a notice for the summons today.

Busola Dakolo, a photographer and wife of the musician, Timi Dakolo, had in June accused the COZA Fatoyinbo of rape.

In a suit filed at a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja, Dakolo claimed that the alleged action of Fatoyinbo adversely affected her marital sex life.

Mrs Dakolo is demanding for “a personal letter of apology” from the cleric to show honest remorse for his misdeeds and also asked the court to declare that Fatoyinbo’s denial of his alleged acts had caused her continuous emotional distress.
