Chairman Comfort FM, Senator Effiong Bob speaks on plans to build first Private owned TV Station in A’Ibom

If all things work according to plan, then Akwa Ibom people may in no distant time, begin to receive signals from the first privately owned television service in the state.

 Chairman of Comfort 95.1 FM, Senator Effiong Bob, broke the cheery news while commenting on the second anniversary of the radio station.

 Senator Bob also spoke of plans of establishing booster stations of Comfort 95.1 FM in Lagos and Abuja, with Uyo as the headquarters to enable the station to cover every nook and cranny of the country.

 Also, Senator Bob explained that he opted to establish Comfort FM in Akwa Ibom to help propagate the positive ideals of the state, assist in building a virile society and prove to the world that such a business could thrive in the state.

Bob, thanked the staff for keying into the vision and working hard to transform the station into a key player in the broadcast industry and being the first in Akwa Ibom to operate twenty four hours daily.
