Aregbesola promises consolidation of policies, reforms

Written by on September 2, 2019

Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Aregbesola says he would continue with the policies and reforms embarked on by his predecessor, Lieutenant General Abdulrahman Dambazau.

The Minister based his reasons on the fact that the polices and reforms were in line with the “SET” objectives of President Buhari-led Administration of improving security, economic revitalization and entrenching transparency in the conduct of government business.

Aregbesola spoke through the Director, Press and Public Relations of the ministry, Mohammed Manga at a reception in honour of Dambazau in Abuja.

He acknowledged that the former Minister had done creditably well, particularly in the area of repositioning the services under the Ministry adding that all the reforms and policies that Dambazau initiated while in office were to ensure the provision of internal security for Nigerians.
