After spending more than one month in DSS detention, Convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Omoleye Sowore has again filed a fresh application requesting for bail at a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Reports say the new application was filed on Friday after his failed bid to have the court hear his earlier one challenging the detention order issued against him by Justice Taiwo Taiwo on July 8, 2019.
The DSS had accused Sowore of planning to topple the President Muhammadu Buhari government, through the protest.
Sowore denied the allegations insisting that he only mobilized Nigerians to protest against bad governance and other vices.
