Royal Fathers in Akwa Ibom state pledges support to Governor Udom Emmanuel

As Governor Udom Emmanuel gets set for a second term inauguration, Royal Fathers in the state have pledged continued support to him.

Among them, the Ntisong Ibibio the third, Obong Essien Ekidem scored the governor high in his performance when he received the Divine Mandate Organization who paid him a thank you visit.

The Ntisong described Governor Emmanuel as a true son of Akwa Ibom and a man of goodwill who attracts overwhelming support of the people and urged him to keep up with his good work.

On his part, the Itai Afe Annang, Okuku Pius Effiong Eside while receiving the group, commended the State governor for his achievements in the past four years and appealed to him to be even in the distribution of amenities and appointments across the state.

The Director General of the Organization, Otuekong Idongesit Nkanga thanked the traditional rulers for their support and commitment to the success of the Governor and assured them of the government resolve to carry them along in the drive to transform the state.

Also speaking, the Commissioner for Works Mr. Ephraim Inyang Enyen assured the people of administration’s readiness to complete ongoing roads and other projects in the state.
