#EndSARS: Jonathan calls for restraint

Wading into the protests across the country against police brutality, the Former President Goodluck Jonathan has warned that no Nigerian’s blood should be spilled.

 

Taking to Twitter, Jonathan who described the protest as peaceful, said the move would advance the cause of Nigeria.

 

The ex-president said though people were free to hold different views on national issues, the desire of most of them, was to have a country where all could live out the full potential of their God-given abilities.

Jonathan appealed to everyone to exercise restraint throughout the times, which he described as trying.
