Blac Chyna is being sued over a photo of herself, Rob Kardashian and her son King Cairo that she didn’t own and didn’t credit but yet posted it on her social media account.

FlameFlynet photo agency is suing Blac for using the December 2016 shot showing her with then-fiance taking her son King Cairo out near their then home in Calabasas, Los Angeles County, TMZ reported on Wednesday.

According to the suit, the photo was legitimately licensed and posted by several websites on December 2.

The agency says they are totally angry with the reality star for reposting the image from one of those websites on her Instagram page and stripping FameFlynet’s credit.

Meanwhile, Blac Chyna has since deleted the shot that included Rob which they believe was due to their nasty breakup but she still has a photo of her and King from that day.

The agency is demanding that Chyna pays for all the profits she made from posting the photo.
