Senator Effiong Bob Backs Mighty George’s World Record Bid, Hails Comfort FM’s Pursuit of Broadcast Excellence

Chairman of Comfort 95.1FM, Senator Effiong Bob has expressed his unequivocal support for the upcoming World Record Attempt by multiple award-winning Broadcaster, George Iniabasi Essien.
In a statement personally signed by the Uyo Senatorial District Political Leader, Senator Bob, described the attempt as a testament to the dedication, passion, and creativity of Comfort 95.1 FM team, believing that this record-chasing and a greatly envisaged accomplishment will not only bring glory to Akwa Ibom State, but also to Nigeria, and Africa.
He enjoined all enterprising sons and daughters of Akwa Ibom State to rally behind Mighty George and the entire team at Comfort 95.1 FM to collectively demonstrate support and enthusiasm for this remarkable feat.
It is on record that Mighty George has a track record in this kind of business. Since he joined Comfort 95.1 FM in 2017, he has become a consistent award winner in broadcasting. In 2018, he won the Best Radio Sports Journalist Award at the Nigeria Sports Award Night; in 2019, he won the Best Radio Football Journalists Award at the Nigeria Pitch Awards Night; in 2020, George Essien won the Best Radio Sports Presenter and Best Newscaster Award in Akwa Ibom State.
