Governor Eno conveyed his felicitation to the centenarian at her home in Uyo, when he paid a visit to share in the joy and grace of her longevity.
He noted that it was a thing of joy for the State to have elderly people around, saying that he lost his grandmother at 97 even while they were making plans to celebrate her at 100.
The Governor said it has become rare to have centenarians in recent times, hence the few still around must be celebrated.
He prayed that God will continue to keep her in good health, and also urged her to pray for him and the State, especially for continuous peace and unity.
Responding, the Celebrator appreciated the Governor and his team for the visit, saying it was a great honour to have the Governor visit her to celebrate with her on her 100th birthday.
