Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, has applauded the investment in human capital development by the Governor Umo Eno-led administration, saying it was worthy of emulation.
In his speech at the launch of the ARISE Human Capital Development Strategic Plan held in Uyo, Shettima noted that investment in human capital development surpasses every form of investments, describing it as solution re-engineered to meet the moment.
