Former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s proposed political movement, Coalition for Nigeria, has been launched in Abuja.
At the launch held at the Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja, former Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola said the group is not yet a political party.
According to Oyinlola ,for the group to make electoral impact in the manner described by the former President Obasanjo, they would need to follow the constitution and register it as a political party.
Recall that, Obasanjo had suggested the formation of the movement in his recent statement on President Muhammadu Buhari and his administration.
Among those that attended the event were, Former, PDP, Governors, Donald Duke and Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
